HR Business Partner

Glasgow  (hybrid)

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Full time, Permanent

 

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with our client within the Technology sector, who are looking for an HR Business Partner to execute the people strategy in alignment with business goals, enabling high performance and a positive employee experience.

 

Day to day, you will:

  • Understand business challenges and work with leadership to provide solutions that drive performance and organisational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace issues, conflicts, or grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention and foster an inclusive and positive work environment, supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant
  • Provide guidance on employment law and risk management to mitigate potential legal issues.
  • Support the organisation in managing change by providing leadership in areas like organisational restructuring, culture change, or new business processes.
  • Act as a change champion by promoting continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Provide guidance on compensation reviews, promotions, and benefits administration.
  • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform business decisions related to workforce trends, employee turnover, and retention strategies.

 

We are looking to speak with HR professionals who have operated at a similar level with a focus on Business Partner, Employee Relations and Organisational Development. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. As well as this, you will have strong problem solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

 

You will also have the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and well as high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach and guide leaders through complex people issues.
