  • 5 GCSE's Grade C or Above / Level 4 or above, including Math and English, or equivalent
  • Desirable:
  • A Levels
  • Degree, certificate or diploma ideally in a business or Finance related subject
  • The New GCSE Grading System
  • Grades 7-9 are equivalent to the old grades A and A.
  • The bottom of grade 7 aligns with the bottom of grade A.
  • Grades 4-6 are equivalent to the old grades B and C.
  • The bottom of grade 4 aligns with the bottom of grade C
  • Experience and knowledgeMethod of Assessment - I, DEssential:
  • Excellent ICT skills including Microsoft Products
  • Desirable:
  • Experience of working within an office environment
  • Knowledge of Occupational Pensions or Payroll
  • Specialist skills and abilitiesMethod of Assessment - IEssential:
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
  • Knowledge of a large payroll or pensions system.
