A brilliant new opportunity has become available as an Independent Financial Advisor working for a leading accountancy firm in Fife.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity suited to an ambitious individual who offers experience as an IFA looking to secure a new opportunity within a progressive firm.

Within this role it is not about offering a single piece of advice with a one size fits all solution. You will work with clients and identify and understand what is important to them specifically, guiding them through the minefield of investments, pensions and personal finance.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Within this you will help individual, and business clients manage their finances better
• You will assist in helping clients choose investments and financial products
• You will assist clients build their savings and reduce their debts
• Meeting clients and discussing their finances and financial goals
• Researching financial products for clients and explaining their key features and benefits
• Negotiating better financial deals with providers on a client’s behalf
• Researching financial law changes and economic trends
• Reporting their clients’ financial results and investment progress
• Supporting investment professionals to cultivate client relationships

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, our client does require the following background / experience:

• Previous background working within a similar role
• You will be a minimum of level 4 qualified
• You must also have an excellent working knowledge of the financial services marketplace and trends
• It would be helpful to have worked in a professional environment and have a client following (not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position is working Monday to Friday offering a fantastic starting salary which will be discussed at time of application.
