Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with directors, advisers, and paraplanners to deliver administrative support across all aspects of the financial planning process.
- Cultivate strong relationships with advisers, colleagues, and clients.
- Possess a good knowledge of platforms and providers.
- Handle the submission of new business and input data into our back-office system (Intelliflo).
- Coordinate with providers to gather pertinent client, product, and fund manager information for analysis and inclusion in advice reports.
- Prepare personalised illustrations, Key Features documents, product literature, etc., within specified timeframes.
- Assist with the completion of applications and ensure readiness for client signature.
- Provide technical support regarding income drawdown and demonstrate knowledge of income and capital gains tax.
- Utilise Analytics reports as needed by advisers.
- Conduct annual reviews, including documentation preparation and task management, while maintaining client service levels.
- Oversee fund switches and rebalances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all communications with clients and product providers.
- Work collaboratively within the administration team supporting all advisers and paraplanners.:
Person Qualification
- A good standard of education is essential.
- Previous experience in a financial planning environment is necessary.
- High-level administrative knowledge in regulated Financial Planning.
- Understanding of compliance issues.
- Strong personal organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client servicing abilities.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Confidence and a team player mentality.
- Accountable for own work and actions, taking ownership.
- Capable of multitasking and meeting various deadlines effectively..
