Full Job Description

Eden Scott's client is seeking experienced and detail-oriented IFA Administrator looking to join their organisation in Dunfermline. The team support Independent Financial Advisors in delivering top-tier financial planning services to their valued clients.

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support to advisors, enabling them to deliver exceptional service. You'll manage client documentation, prepare reports, liaise with providers, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing client files and documentation for IFA appointments
  • Processing new business applications, including investments, pensions, and protection
  • Liaising with financial providers and clients, addressing queries efficiently
  • Ensuring all client records and transactions comply with FCA regulations
  • Supporting IFAs with research and report preparation as needed

Person Specification

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a financial services role
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial software (experience with Intelligent Office or similar CRM is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Commitment to delivering a high standard of client care and confidentiality
