Improvement Advisor

An opportunity has arisen for two posts to join the Nursing and Systems Improvement Directorate (NSI) within Healthcare Improvement Scotland. These Improvement Advisor roles will support the delivery of the Excellence in Care Programme (EiC).

EiC is a national approach which aims to ensure people have confidence they will receive a consistent standard and quality of care no matter where they receive treatment in NHS Scotland.

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and positive individuals to support the development, implementation, and improvement of Excellence in Care. The focus will be on supporting the development, testing and spreading of a range of measures and approaches to drive safe, effective and person-centred improvements in care.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of applying a range of improvement methods within different contexts and a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders.
