Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to join our team at the Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP). The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership to the ADP, ensuring the provision of accurate and clear information to our partners. You will play a pivotal role in effective communication with the Integrated Joint Board, ADP members, lived and living experience community and the public.

As a strong leader, you will inspire and motivate your team, using your power to influence and convince to achieve the greatest impact. Your ability to build and strengthen relationships will be crucial, alongside your strong professional awareness and credibility.
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of current drug and alcohol strategies and issues, and a proven track record of engaging with communities including those with lived experience.

Anticipated work pattern of up to 40 days spread across the year. - £300 per day The successful candidate will undergo a Basic Disclosure Scotland check.
