Full Job Description

After continued growth for the past 2 to 3 years, a well respected financial adviser firm in central Glasgow are requiring a new IFA to join their groing team. They are truly ethical advisers who pride themselves in going the extra mile.

The successful individual will be provided with a full client base, adminitrative and paraplanner support. You'd have the ability to manage your own diary as best works for you and your clients in a flexible working environment.

The complexity of cases can depend on the level of experience. Whether it be to deal with renewals or to develop their client base - fundamentally for them they need someone who fits within their company culture with this being a rare time to recruit externally.

This is a truly exciting time to be joining them as they've experienced rapid growth over the past few years and anyone joining could be a part of steering the direction of the business.

To be considered you must be diploma 4 qualified with CAS status, along with having a proven track record within relationship management, ideally whole of market financial advice (or provider) and client retention is key. You will be passionate and an independent individual who is highly committed and truly goes the extra mile.

In return you will be offered a rare and exciting time to join them and be a part of an exciting time in their history where work/life balance is key.
