Full Job Description
We are looking for an Influencer and Collaborations Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone passionate about influencer marketing, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and experience managing influencer partnerships., Influencer Campaign Management
- Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from concept to completion.
- Handle outreach, onboarding, and management of influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including product delivery and content deadlines, to ensure timely execution. Content Creation & Strategy
- Collaborate with influencers to ensure content aligns with Bo and Tee's brand identity and objectives.
- Track content creation timelines and monitor performance to identify top-performing posts. Relationship Building
- Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers and agencies to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and recruit new talent within Bo and Tee's target demographic, focusing on micro and macro influencers in the fitness and fashion space. Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report key performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Support
- Oversee campaign logistics such as product tracking, influencer agreements, and compliance checks.
- Maintain organized records of influencer partnerships, budgets, and performance data.
Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field. - Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for influencer and agency relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- A passion for fitness, fashion, and staying ahead of social media trends.
