Full Job Description

The Information Management Advisor controller will be part of the Red Rock Renewables Corporate Support team. The Information Management advisor will be the First point of contact for Information Management, providing best practice guidance and consultation on Information Management practices, system development and administration, monitoring and enforcing compliance, delivering staff training and awareness sessions, 1. Administration and Management of the electronic document Management System (EDMS), SharePoint
2. Implementation of new and maintenance of existing EDMS workflows, via M365 Power Automate
3. Ensuring that all configurations are tested, efficient, effective and sufficiently flexible to adapt to a growing organisation;
4. Maintain and coordinate the Information Management Audit schedule, whilst carrying out assigned audits and logging as required findings
5. Enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of internal and external documents;
6. Providing quality assurance in compliance with document to ensure that documents and records are managed to satisfy site licence requirements, statutory regulations, company and local directives, procedures and safety rules;
7. Facilitate and manage the EDMS access and training of internal and external personnel to ensure competency and provide on-going user support;
8. Effective delivery of assigned work scope
9. Monitoring and reporting progress and proactively trouble shooting, problem solving when issues arise
10. Assist in the planning and administration of implementation and continual improvement of the Information Management Strategy for effectiveness and efficiency;
11. Application of company retention & destruction protocols for both soft and hardcopies.

  • Knowledge and Experience Required
    Essential
  • Experience in Electronic Document Management Systems preferably SharePoint

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications

  • Desirable
  • 3-4 years previous experience within a document control, quality control or compliance background

  • Project experience / Construction Experience

  • Experience in Audit and Audit Management
