About The Job:

As the Information Management Advisor, you will play a vital role in our client's Corporate Support team. You will be the first point of contact for Information Management, providing expertise and guidance on best practises, system development and administration, compliance monitoring, and staff training.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the electronic document management system (EDMS), SharePoint.
  • Implement and maintain EDMS workflows using M365 Power Automate.
  • Ensure efficient and effective configurations that can adapt to the organisation's growth.
  • Coordinate Information Management audits and enforce controlled processes and practises.
  • Provide quality assurance to ensure compliance with document management requirements.
  • Facilitate EDMS access and training for internal and external personnel.
  • Monitor and report progress, troubleshoot issues, and proactively problem solve.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of the Information Management Strategy.
  • Apply retention and destruction protocols for documents.

Skills Required:

  • Well-organised and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Vigorous attention to detail and proven time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems, preferably SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
