Full Job Description

  • You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insight in our organisation, challenging conventions, fostering collaborations and inspiring a culture of insight led decision making

  • You'll lead the development of insight enablement capability across our Customer Insight team, raising the profile and driving change that improves our customer outcomes and strengthens our brands

  • This is an exciting new role for a brilliant storyteller to inject power and impact into the amazing insights that your team gathers


  • As an Insight Enablement Lead, you'll act as a strategic insight business partner to our key stakeholders, working across One Bank to connect insights to inform strategies. You'll provide impactful training sessions to lift the proficiency of our Customer Insight team while acting as a credible subject matter expert for customer insight.

    You'll also be:

  • Elevating customer understanding and impacts

  • Making sure that key insights and learnings are understood by our Customer Insight team

  • Building a framework for presenters to use to synthesise insights from multiple sources

  • Designing and delivering self-serve functionality for our colleagues, including ownership of the customer hub, that equips colleagues across the group to utilise insights that drive decisions

  • Producing and editing submissions to selected competition and award events that raise the profile of our Customer Insight team

    We'll be looking for you to have a strong track record in enabling teams to uncover actionable insights, along with extensive senior level experience of market research or customer insights.


  • You'll have examples of delivering powerful verbal and written presentations, ideally with copywriting experience.

    You'll also demonstrate

  • Extensive storytelling training development and delivery experience

  • The ability to aggregate insight from multiple sources in order to create compelling and coherent stories

  • Excellent influencing skills and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships at senior levels across a diverse range of functions

  • An understanding of external regulations and their impact on the customer and marketing strategy

  • An analytical and numerate mindset with the ability to distil large volumes of data, from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns and meaningful insights
