You will play a key role in delivering top-notch security solutions to our customers, ensuring all installations meet industry standards and exceed client expectations. How You Will Do It:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every installation is completed to the highest standard, exceeding both internal and external customer expectations.

  • Install security devices with precision, working safely and responsibly to prevent injuries, property damage, or waste.

  • Collaborate closely with our planning team to manage your schedule efficiently, prioritizing jobs to meet deadlines.

  • Complete all necessary documentation, including Engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA checklists, ensuring everything is accurate and compliant.

    Proven experience in installing security systems, backed by a relevant electrical qualification.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • A full, clean driving license and the physical ability to lift and climb ladders.
