Insurance Customer Representative / Glasgow / full time / £25,000 plus quarterly bonus, 4% pension, private medical healthcare, income protection and much more!

Our highly regarded and successful client is seeking an insurance customer representative to join its busy and friendly team in Glasgow.

This award-winning mortgage company has a reputation for offering its customers world class service and its staff benefit from a positive and rewarding working environment where your career development is of utmost importance.

The successful candidate will support the advisers by contacting existing customers whose protection products are up for renewal then booking the advice appointments. You will also process applications, check files and liaise with product providers.

There is also the opportunity to progress and become a mortgage and/or protection adviser for those that want it and have performed well.

Our client is seeking outgoing, target-driven and organised individuals with both telesales and customer service experience. Insurance experience and/or knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as excellent training is provided.
