Full Job Description
Our client, a highly acquisitive business in the Energy sector are looking to integrate a new function into their business which will focus on the capture and effective usage of all historic and current data eminating from the various business units.
A key role within this is that of the Project Integration Manager, where you will be a key focus point within the business unit, and be seen as the "go-to" person for all stakeholders.
Responsibility:
• Company wide view of all system and business integrations
• Resourcing and scheduling of all internal and acquisition integrations
• Liaison with M&A at near completion phase to ensure checklist is complete and meet target management.
• Work with M&A and functional heads to develop integration plan for acquisition.
• Point of contact for all business acquisitions and ensuring planned integration is executed, resolving issues and disputes as they arise
