Full Job Description

Interim Assistant Finance Manager with our Edinburgh-based client. This role is for a 12-month period to support the Regional Finance Director.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

Preparing bi-monthly Management Accounts and supporting analysis and narrative
Preparing monthly P&L and cash flow operating forecasts and land expenditure forecasts
Supporting with year-end financial reporting and tax year-end reporting
Ensuring that Group financial policies and procedures are followed throughout the business
Liaising with external auditors and the internal Group Risk team
Assisting Regional FD with any ad hoc projects or information requests

To apply, you will be an experienced accountant with good stakeholder management skills. You will be well-organised, detail-conscious and possess excellent technical skills. Commercial acumen and an understanding of key business drivers are essential to the role, as well as being self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

This role is hybrid working and will have an immediate start date. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 p.a.
