Interim Finance Director

Interim Finance Director (Hybrid) job with our growing SME client based in Glasgow for an initial 6-month period. You will work closely with Senior Management to ensure the operational and strategic objectives of the company are achieved.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly financial and management information
• Producing statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Developing financial models to support fundraising initiatives
• Engaging with investors and financial institutions to secure funding to support growth through debt / equity
• Preparing monthly Board reports for presentation at Board meetings
• Weekly cashflow forecasting and daily cash management
• Revenue forecasting and working closely with the commercial team
• Developing and improving the inventory management and finance systems

To apply, you will be a qualified accountant with proven experience within a challenging SME environment. You will be commercially minded and a background in FMCG or Manufacturing would be advantageous.

The role could be worked over 4 or 5 days with a minimum of 2 days per week on site. Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 p.a.
