Interim Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager opportunity with our Not for Profit Client. This role is for a 12-month fixed term period. This role will report directly to the Finance Director with line management of 4 direct reports.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Preparation of annual financial accounts in line with regulation
• Preparation of comprehensive annual financial budgets both at a summary and department specific level to ensure managers can effectively monitor financial performance
• Produce timely and accurate monthly management account reports
• Support with the annual audit
• Appraising new financial technologies, liaising with the Finance Director on where process improvements can be implemented
• Liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation on process and governance
• Ad hoc support to the Finance Director where required
• Line management of 4 direct reports

To apply you will be a fully Qualified Accountant with strong reporting experience. You will be comfortable presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders and be a confident decision maker. This role will have an immediate start and will be hybrid working with 3-days on site. Salary: £57,000 p.a.
