Interim Finance Manager

Symbiotic Talent is seeking a qualified accountant who will thrive within an dynamic company environment and have a flexible and hands-on approach. You must have EXCELLENT financial modelling skills, commercial acumen and be highly articulate.

• Driving the creation and improvement of new financial processes and controls after the implementation of the new financial system
• Responsible for all monthend BAU activities such as balance sheet reconciliations, journals, VAT returns
• Willing to get sleeves rolled up with transactional activity (a low volume of AP, AR, banking)
• Review of current 10 year model which holds all budget for revenue, profit and cash. This model underpins all business activity therefore you must understand the logic which drives it
• Build a new financial model which is fit for purpose with a focus on simplicity and effectiveness
