Interim Finance Manager job with a Glasgow based non-profit organisation for a 2–3-month period.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and associated commentary
• Assisting the Head of Finance with the annual budget process
• Line managing the finance team, ensuring full and accurate processing of financial transactions in the Finance accounting software
• Working alongside the Deputy Head of Finance to produce the annual audit file and support audit field work as required
• Assisting in the training of new team members
• Assisting in ongoing project work & development and improvement of systems and processes
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The Individual:

• Immediately available
• Qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience
• Experience with budgeting and monthly management accounts preparation
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Line management experience
