Interim Financial Controller

Anderson Knight are delighted to be representing our key client in the appointment of a Financial Controller on a temporary basis.

Operating within the renewable energy sector, you will be facilitating and driving the implementation of the Finance infrastructure, providing in depth strategic data pivotal to the growth strategy of the business.

Main duties include:

·      Management and ownership of the General Ledger

·      Management of the Audit Process.

·      Set up an accounting system from scratch and transfer detail from existing provider. Existing provider uses Sage 200.

·      Provision of Management accounts

·      Set up finance team including AP. AR and payroll.

·      Bank account management.

·      Financial Modelling.

·      In depth Financial Analysis.

·      Bank finance liaison.

·      Preparation and presentation of board packs.

The main candidate will be:

·      Fully qualified

·      Have a strong analytical mindset

·      Able to interpret complex data

·      Experienced in strategic decision making

·      Experience in renewables/engineering would be preferable yet not essential
