Job Description: Interim Financial/Statutory Accountant (3 Months)

Overview:

Seeking a skilled interim accountant to manage financial reporting, compliance, and statutory accounting tasks for a manufacturing company based in Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial and statutory accounting
Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent analytical and communication skills
