Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to innovative design concepts for hospitality, from boutique spaces to large scale branded hotels.
  • Develop detailed technical drawings, concept designs, mood boards, and material specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to source furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with the highest standards of commercial quality.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Bring creativity, ambition, teamwork, authenticity and quality to every project.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional interior design experience, ideally in hospitality design.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to take ownership of own workload and work to deadlines.
  • Clear communication within our team, and with our clients and partners.
  • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A team player with ambition and a drive to grow professionally.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary.
  • The opportunity to work on inspiring hospitality projects throughout the UK.
  • A supportive, creative environment with a clear path for career development.
  • Comprehensive health insurance package.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Glasgow City Centre studio location from February 2025.

Project Lead Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, delivering exceptional hospitality interiors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, supporting our values and fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Engage with clients, turning their visions into innovative designs that stand out.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring every detail aligns with quality and authenticity.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Share our values of Ambition, Creativity, Team, Quality, and Authenticity.
  • Degree or equivalent in Interior Design.
  • 7+ years commercial interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality interiors.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • The ability to deliver a comprehensive technical drawing and specification package.
  • Clear communication within our team, and with our clients and partners.
  • A commitment to teamwork, quality, and authenticity.
  • Ambition to drive the growth of both projects and your career.

What We Offer:

  • Attractive salary and leadership opportunities.
