The practice is dedicated to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute their ideas and grow professionally. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will also have the chance to mentor and guide junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping to shape the future of the team. The practice culture encourages continuous learning and development, providing an excellent platform for career progression. You will be given the freedom to take ownership of your work while being part of a dynamic and creative team.

They are seeking someone with substantial experience in commercial interior design, preferably with experience on large, complex projects. A strong understanding of sustainable design practices and the ability to integrate these principles into your work will be key. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency, including experience with design software and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to communicate your design ideas clearly to both clients and contractors.
