Full Job Description

Internal Sales Administrator required for a 10 month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension beyond the 10 months.

Working full time, 35hrs per week with an early 3pm finish every Friday!

24,000 - 25,000 per annum depending on experience

What you'll be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for customers, email or telephone
  • Ensuring good information has been entered into the CRM system
  • Create / send offers via the ERP system
  • Following up on offers and outstanding loans
  • Create reports
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Ensure smooth daily running of the office, assist with managing office contracts with Utilities and other suppliers
  • Support analysis, planning & forecasting using order and customer data
  • Assisting with market research
  • Recording warranty requests
  • Logistics management
  • Diary management and travel coordination
