Full Job Description
Anderson Knight is excited to be recruiting for the role of Sales Coordinator on behalf of a reputable manufacturing company. This position plays a key role in managing customer relationships, overseeing sales activities, and facilitating effective communication between the sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handling both repeat orders and new sales opportunities primarily over the phone.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to help achieve and exceed company sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- ERP System: Efficiently manage order processing through the company’s ERP system (prior experience with ERP systems is preferred, but full training will be provided).
- CRM Management: Accurately log market insights, sales data, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to support ongoing sales and marketing efforts.
- Production Coordination: Liaise with the production team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and any delays or issues are communicated effectively.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support to the sales team when required.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organised individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in account management. A third-level qualification and/or at least two years of relevant sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
