Inventory Accountant

FinTech Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be working with a major energy service business who are looking to bolster their Project and Operations finance team by recruiting an Inventory Accountant on a permanent basis

Key duties:

• Daily support to the Inventory Managers in relation to inventory and equipment finances.
• Preparation of detailed monthly management accounts for equipment/inventory assigned.
• Preparation of monthly analytical review for assigned equipment, including but not limited to:
• Variance analysis
• Identifying and reporting variances/areas of concern to Equipment Managers and Finance Managers
• Uploading and reviewing forecast results
• Identifying and reporting sensitivities to the Finance Manager
• Preparation of Annual Budgets and input to 5-Year Plan.
• Assisting in the preparation of the forecast equipment utilisation for monthly reporting and budgets.
• Capex reporting for equipment-related capex.
• Cash flow analysis for the equipment assigned to you.
• Compliance with Group annual fixed asset verification

This role is well suited to an experienced management accountant who enjoys working in a busy and varied team. SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.
