Do you have experience in warehouse operations and inventory functions, and are looking for a role that combines the two? Are you passionate about ensuring stock accuracy and resolving discrepancies to support smooth operation? If the answer is yes, look no further. We might have a role just for you!

  • You'll need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You'll need to be an analytical thinker, enjoy problem-solving, and be inquisitive
  • Have excellent numeracy and administration skills - a background in administrative work would be ideal
  • Strong IT skills - particularly Excel and previous experience of a WMS system would be a bonus!

    Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for Inventory Administrator to join our team at our Iceland Foods site in Livingston. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an 'any 5 days from 7' pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00. This role required flexibility as you will be working across all three shifts.

  • What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Take regular stock counts, investigating discrepancies and taking appropriate action where necessary, whilst adhering to SLAs
  • Produce customer and site reports regarding stock on site
  • Investigate 'non-moving stock' and take appropriate action
  • Complete problem pallet investigations, and take appropriate action or escalate where necessary
