EXCITING JOB OPPORTUNITY –

Investment Project Manager-Asset Management


The Role

Are you an experienced client side project manager with a track record of delivering and managing capital investment projects including building fabric, service installation and component replacement scheme from inception to completion?

If so, our Investment Project Manager role will offer you a fantastic opportunity. You will take the key role of planning and delivering projects within agreed timescales and within the financial year.

You will play a key role in achieving our Asset Management Strategy looking largely at a Fabric First approach and our Happy Customer Strategy.

The Detail

This role is within the Investment and Sustainability Team within the Asset Management Team. You will work closely with the wider Asset Management Team, with collective responsibility to provide robust systems and frameworks to achieve continuous improvement and delivery.


This is a complex role requiring the skilful balancing of multiple work streams underpinned with excellent leadership qualities and great communication skills.


Do you have the skillset to:

*Assume responsible for capital investment projects from inception to completion

*Undertake surveys and the preparation of information relating to capital investment projects with a focus on building fabric, service installation and component replacement schemes.

*Financial management including the preparation of budgets relating to the projects allocated and providing forecasts of expenditure.

*Coordinate with management and other members of the Asset Management Team and the wider teams with Hanover Scotland

*Manage all projects allocated to you from the annual budget which may include the roll out of a new warden call system to developments, replacement roof coverings, replacement of heating systems , replacement windows and doors, replacement of kitchens and bathrooms and other capital projects.

*Assist with Hanover Scotland’s Sustainability policy and delivering agreed improvements.

*Attend residents’ meetings and work with the Housing Team help to deliver our Fabric First and Happy Customer Strategies.
