Hospice Band 3 – £27,933 WTE (rising to £28,998 following review & satisfactory performance) + Pension + Benefits
37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
We are looking for a person-centred IT/Facilities Assistant to help us manage the IT and phone systems within the Hospice. You will enjoy working with IT and helping people, be a good communicator and enjoy solving problems.
The role will be to respond to basic IT and phone faults which have been reported through the faults reporting system, investigate and repair where possible. Setting up new starts with ID badges, printer and computer logins.
You will also deal with office moves, setting up the IT equipment for booked events and other AV.
To apply you need to hold a suitable IT qualification such as an SVQ or City & Guilds, or relevant experience.
Based at the Hospice in Trinity, Edinburgh, this is an exciting and challenging role where no two days are the same. St Columba's exists to give everyone who needs it the very best hospice care.
