Full Job Description

Do you have experience of working in a 1st line support or technician role? With knowledge of Service Desk processes and ticket handling? If so, we’ve got a new opportunity for an IT Operations Support Analyst to join our Change and Technology team on a full time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.


As the IT Operations Support Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical matters. You’ll be responsible for analysing incidents and requests and bringing them to resolution. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll support the deployment and maintenance of devices and applications, liaise with internal colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that services are being delivered effectively and efficiently and contribute to the creation and ongoing updates to procedural, knowledge base and technical documentation.

What you’ll bring:

  • Prior experience in a 1st line support or technician role
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft/Office 365 applications
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who communicates effectively with colleagues and end-users
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
