We know that successful service delivery requires an integrated approach to business analysis, performance management, strategic development, business planning, business system development and customer engagement and our Business Development & Support team lead these areas of service delivery.
As our IT Solutions Assistant you will assist across Enterprise and Communities to maximise the efficient use and development of ICT hardware and software. This will involve assisting in the procurement process and providing support and advice to colleagues across the service.
You should have experience of working within an Enterprise or Housing environment and have an interest to work within a fast moving IT environment and be able to demonstrate the abilities required to assist in the delivery of IT projects including the implementation of mobile technology and telephony projects.
Educated to HNC / SVQ3 level in a relevant discipline with previous experience of working within a team environment, you should be able to demonstrate high personal drive and motivation to help deliver and embrace change in delivering ICT business solutions to meet the council’s priority outcomes.
This post is Temporary for a period until 11/02/2027.
