Your new company and role
Our client is a large engineering company that requires an additional IT Support Analyst for a short-term contract to cover increased demand. The role will entail the following:

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware equipment issues.
• Perform basic fixes and preventive maintenance.
• Provide desktop support, focusing on operating systems.
• Ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in IT support, particularly with hardware and OS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week.
