The successful candidate will use qualified trade expertise to identify and remedy a wide range of property defects and carry out property/building maintenance and planned programme duties as required. The above works will be on occupied domestic properties and Void properties.

You must have a City and Guilds completed apprenticeship scheme or other recognised apprenticeship as well as a full UK driving licence.
