Building Services are looking to recruit Joiners with the ability to assist in the delivery of a multi-year capital programme on council properties

Are you:

Time served joiner.
Experienced in all aspects of joinery particularly in the installation of kitchens / bathrooms and wet floor adaptations.
Experienced in a construction environment.
Motivated with excellent communication skills.
Able to carry out your work to a high standard.
Skilled in delivering high customer satisfaction.
Capable of taking responsibility for your own workloads.
Able to assist in the delivery of projects and repairs within defined timescales with limited supervision.
Knowledgeable on current Building Regulations, legislation, compliance aspects and Health and Safety.
Enthusiastic to progress in your career.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the councils out of hours emergency service. For this you will receive an additional payment.
