Building Services are looking to recruit Joiners with the ability to assist in the delivery of a multi-year capital programme on council properties

Are you:

  • Time served joiner.
  • Experienced in all aspects of joinery particularly in the installation of kitchens / bathrooms and wet floor adaptations.
  • Experienced in a construction environment.
  • Motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to carry out your work to a high standard.
  • Skilled in delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Capable of taking responsibility for your own workloads.
  • Able to assist in the delivery of projects and repairs within defined timescales with limited supervision.
  • Knowledgeable on current Building Regulations, legislation, compliance aspects and Health and Safety.
  • Enthusiastic to progress in your career.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the councils out of hours emergency service. For this you will receive an additional payment.
