We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join us in starting their journey into the events industry, learning how we do things “The Hello Scotland” way!
Location
Day to day you will be based in Glasgow (Drumchapel, 20 minutes west of the city centre with excellent bus and train links. Parking also available outside the office). Project work can however take you all over Scotland depending on the client’s requirements.
The Role
Primarily acting as the main Project Management Team support, the role will include maintaining internal systems, assisting the Project Team with proposal creations and project file work to ensure that the team projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the agreed standard of Hello Scotland.
Responsibilities
· Update and maintenance of internal systems CRM - client and supplier database & Dropbox – project and supplier content
· Assisting with maintaining contact with existing clients and suppliers in relation to projects
· Sourcing new venues and suppliers
· Assisting with input into programme creation for incentives and events
· Assisting with file management of confirmed business including budgets
· Preparation of familiarisation trips for the Team Members
· Assisting with preparation of familiarisation Trips for clients from key markets
· Assisting with onsite management of incentives and events
· Assisting with clients after sales care and closedown of Projects
· Progression of company business plan as set out annually by Directors
· Supporting Sales and Marketing Manager with the delivery of the annual marketing plan

· Starting Salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per annum

Working Hours
Our working hours are Monday – Thursday (09:00 – 17:00) and Friday (08:00 – 16:00 hrs) however, in the lead up to and over an event or when workload dictates, you will be required to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends as the project and client demands.
