Junior Retail Associate

As a Junior Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service in our store. You will assist customers in finding the right products, maintaining store presentation, and supporting various sales initiatives.,

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere.


• Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations.


• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features


• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.


• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  
  We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Retail Associates., Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
