Junior Sous Chef - Aberdeen Airport Hotel

We are hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen Airport. Availability for various shifts is essential (including mornings and weekends).

Our Kitchen and Bar is open for breakfast and dinner service 7 days a week and the role is predominantly evening shifts from 2pm till 10:30pm 5 days a week. Weekend shifts are on a rotation basis.

About the role

• Support the head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen


• Ensure all aspects of food safety, health and safety and COSHH is adhered to during service


• Assist with monitoring costs through responsibly ordering via quality and preferred suppliers


• Coach, train and develop the team


• One year Junior Sous Chef experience is preferable.
