We will help you to develop your skills and passions whilst offering boundless warmth and hospitality. Bringing your own ideas and creativity, to the Kitchen Assistant role, you will assist us to guide the guest experience beyond the expectation., As a Kitchen Assistant, you will assist in the delivery of high standards and immaculate kitchen and back of house facilities. You will be responsible for your own work and take pride in your high standard of cleanliness and organisation whilst adhering to all food safety and health and safety guidelines. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be a vital part of the Kitchen department, working closely with all team members to deliver exceptional standards. You will bring a passion and attention to detail that will make you an exceptional Food & Beverage Assistant that our guests will love to interact with. Your passion will ignite the experiences for our guests. Joining the kitchen brigade, you will:

  • Ensure the kitchen/refuse areas and relevant stores, corridors and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest degree of cleanliness.
  • Use cleaning agents and equipment within the perimeters of COSHH Legislation
  • Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of food.
  • As a Kitchen Assistant, you will have excellent attention to detail in order to provide consistent standards. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel.

  • Be self-aware and able to evaluate you own work.
  • Have a customer service attitude.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and provide excellent attention to detail.
