Full Job Description
- Assisting with basic food preparation and service
- Assisting with the clear down and closure of the kitchen
- Use of large and small dishwashers as well as washing by hand where required
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and undertaking roles as requested to do so by their Head Chef
Previous experience in a similar kitchen role - Disclosure Scotland cerfiticate or willingness to obtain one
- Food Safety Qualification or the desire to undertake this qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Good team player as well as ability to work on own initiative
- Take pride in your work

We want to hear from all applicants with previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, KP, Kitchen Assistant, Catering Assistant, Chef Assistant. Please note, due to the nature of this work a Disclosure Scotland certfifcate is required, please only apply if you currently have a Disclosure Scotland certificate or are willing to obtain one.
Shifts are 11am - 3pm, £12 per hour, working Monday - Friday. Please note, due to the location of the site there is no access to public transport therefore this would only suit someone with access to a vehicle, motorcycle or bicycle.
