This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Edinburgh's finest boutique properties. The 77-bedroom property is full of unique elements, including The Snug boasting a whisky collection of over 160 single malts and blends and our stunning rooftop garden. The Glasshouse is Scotland's only hotel part of the prestigious Autograph Collection., As Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen, basic food preparation, washing/operating the dishwasher and assisting the kitchen team in the daily operation of our kitchens.

You will need to be a team player with a good work ethic and enjoy working in a high paced energetic environment.
