Full Job Description
Anderson Knight are seeking a Learning & Development Adviser to join our clients people team and play a pivotal role in shaping their colleagues’ learning journeys, enhancing performance, and fostering engagement across the organisation. This is a full time, permanent position with hybrid working, a competitive salary and excellent benefits
About the Role
As the Learning & Development Adviser, you’ll collaborate closely with our People Partner to design and implement initiatives that build skills, drive engagement, and develop leadership across the business. You'll take ownership of creating impactful learning experiences and embedding systems that support ongoing performance and career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging e-learning modules and workshops.
- Assist in creating structured learning and induction journeys for new and existing colleagues.
- Support the implementation and management of a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through feedback and data analysis.
- Support the embedding of the Performance & Development process.
- Assist in designing and delivering skills-based workshops to support performance conversations.
- Manage data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Help embed a Career Development Framework that supports internal progression.
- Collaborate with teams to update job profiles and ensure consistency across the organisation.
- Assist with the launch and analysis of colleague engagement and pulse surveys.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, including wellbeing programmes and health checks.
- Support leaders in embedding values into daily practices.
- Collaborate with the People Partner to design and deliver Leadership Development Workshops.
- Create digital solutions to support self-directed learning.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Experience delivering workshops and training.
- Experience designing e-learning modules.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Performance Management tools.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.
- Proactive and driven, with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
