Landscape Team Leader

Calling all passionate and skilled leaders in soft landscaping! We are in search of a proactive and knowledgeable Team Leader to spearhead our vibrant Soft Landscaping department right here in Plymouth.

• An essential understanding of advanced soft landscaping techniques and hands-on equipment operation.



• Proven experience in motivating and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.



• Responsibility for driving the delivery of top-tier services to our valued clients, with a sharp focus on Health & Safety standards and timely project completion.



• Insightful knowledge and continuous improvement in the company procedures, as well as pivotal involvement in achieving and maintaining ISO certifications.


Experience required:


• Proficiency in reading and interpreting site drawings.



• Minimum of 3 years experience on commercial/house building sites, with a clear focus on tree/shrub/whip planting, turfing, seeding, and mulching.
  
  Embrace a workweek from Monday to Friday, working from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
