Full Job Description
- High-Quality Laundry Service: Manage all linen and residents' personal clothing with care, ensuring top-quality service.
- Maintain Standards: Clean the laundry area to high standards, following specific guidelines and schedules.
- Confidentiality: Respect and always maintain the confidentiality of residents' personal information.
- Compliance: Adhere to all statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Labelling and Repair: Ensure all residents' personal clothing and items are individually labelled, kept in good repair, and returned to the correct resident.
- Equipment Safety: Ensure all laundry equipment is in full, safe working order.
- Proactive Approach: Be alert, use your initiative to spot and clean any spillages as they occur.
- Team Contribution: Actively participate as a team member, contribute to staff meetings, attend training sessions, and help foster a friendly and supportive work environment.
