Full Job Description
- Leads design team, passing on experience and expertise and leads by example.
- Estimates tasks and ensures team delivers high quality design work to that schedule.
- Create and maintain clear and concise design feature documentation.
- Performs design reviews with the team to ensure quality.
- Mentors and conducts regular one to ones with project's design team.
- Works with programmers, artists and other personnel involved in the development process as required to create the highest possible quality product.
Experience working as a Lead Designer on AAA 3D Action console games. - Experience with Level, Player Character, Enemy design, and all aspects of 3D Action game design.
- Experience of designing First and/or Third Person shooters.
- Worked on and shipped at least two games.
- Able to take ownership and drive forward all design aspects.
- Highly proficient in using Unreal 5.
- Have a solid understanding of all disciplines.
- Able to communicate effectively with our clients and maintain a strong relationship with them.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to join our award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major AAA console title leading a team of passionate and highly experienced designers. Our ideal candidate would consider themselves both creative and technical and enjoy getting hands-on in creating, prototyping, and implementing game designs in engine. This could also be a great opportunity for an experienced Lead Level or Lead System Designer looking to progress. - Excellent holiday package
