As the Lead, Global Ethics & Compliance Training & Communications, you will oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of training and communication initiatives aimed at strengthening the Ethics & Compliance Program and advancing operational effectiveness across the Division. In this role, you will ensure that each project has clearly defined goals, objectives, and milestones, collaborating closely with Project Leaders to guide execution and maintain transparent, consistent communication with stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in project management, adult learning principles, and effective communication strategies to tailor project methodologies to each initiative, ensuring the impact and relevance of training and communications. Through these efforts, you will drive the continuous improvement of both the program's maturity and the Division's overall compliance operations.   • Collaborate closely with E&C Leads and the E&C Leadership Team to support the design, development, delivery, and execution of global training and communications projects.
  • Analyze training and communications activities, including survey results, to develop recommendations and proposals for global training and communications initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date training and communications plans, campaigns, and project documentation to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Lead and report on global E&C projects using an Agile project management approach, ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance training and communications effectiveness across the organization.
  • Partner with Communications & Investor Relations, HR, the Executive Committee, functional Heads, and other key business groups to represent E&C and support program development with internal and external Business Partners.

    Extensive experience in corporate, global communications and training, with proven expertise in a global setting.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and effective global training and communications methodologies.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support the role's international scope.
  • Proficiency in developing training content and implementing comprehensive global learning plans.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural, matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate complex global environments.
  • Advanced project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a commitment to ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, with a background in Compliance or related functions such as regulatory, legal, audit, or risk.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret rules and guidelines, and the ability to conceptualize policies and procedures.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and English communication skills.
  • Experience in writing and leading global corporate training and communications.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint Online.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Position is based in the United Kingdom.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our UK office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
