Lead Joiner – H&H Construction (Scotland) Ltd

Lead Joiner required for a busy Perth-based construction company.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Lead Joiner to join our team. This diverse and rewarding role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including new-build developments, historic building renovations, and everything in between. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to efficiently coordinate a small team. Based in Perth, we primarily undertake work across Perthshire and the surrounding areas.

Requirements and responsibilities:

License / Certification

·        Full, clean UK driving license

·        Valid CSCS card

·        Demonstrated experience in joinery (time served)

Responsibilities:

·        Efficiently leading and coordinating a small team

·        Coordinate trades where necessary

·        Providing regular progress updates to management

·        Contribute to a variety of projects

·        Strong attention to detail and outstanding craftsmanship

·        Confident in working independently and without supervision

·        Strong time management skills, efficiently completing tasks on schedule

·        Uphold our company's high standards of workmanship and customer relations

Schedule:

·        Monday to Friday, with a start time of 8:00 AM and finish at 4:30 PM

·        Weekend overtime opportunities available
