Full Job Description

The Lead Manufacturing Training Specialist will prove expertise in analysing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures., As a Lead Manufacturing Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expertise in analysing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business or function.

  • Focusing on technical training essential for a particular business or function

  • Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs.

  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes and providing guidelines for choosing the right actions.

  • Implementing updated Processes and procedures

    Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Manufacturing).

  • Can demonstrate proven experience in Training Design and Delivery.

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams.

  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills.

  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability
