We are looking to recruit a Learner Development Worker. The post operates from within the Care, Sport, Business and Communities team.

An enthusiastic, motivated individual is required to support FVC learners from various vocational areas, across three campuses. Main tasks include the delivery of meta skills workshops, attendance monitoring and generic day-to-day support including internal/external referrals.

Educated to at least HNC level or equivalent, you should have experience of supporting groups of learners in a classroom environment as well as on an individual basis. Excellent communication, ICT and customer-care skills are essential. PDA or equivalent teaching/guidance qualification and driving license are desirable.
