Learning and Development Advisor| 6 Months (Inside IR35)| Hybrid (Glasgow/Edinburgh)|

Harvey Nash's Client is recruiting for 4x Learning and Development Advisors on a 6 month contract.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage learning theory, practice and experience to develop and implement creative and effective learning solutions.
  • Help colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities to fulfil the short and long-term ambitions of the organisation.
  • You will be responsible for developing new and engaging learning solutions for a service stream.
  • You will support the development and implementation of the Content Management System (CMS) approach for Learning Content Governance.
  • The role includes supporting the implementation of the required skills mapping across the aligned services stream, using the agreed skills mapping methodology.

Key Skills

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to complete training needs analysis to identify learning and development requirements at organisation, team, and individual level to align with strategic and corporate plans - assessing skills both behavioural and technical.
  • Experience in developing other colleagues to design and deliver learning for their local areas with an aim to support all organisational development needs.
  • Application of project management experience to act as a consultant, understanding requirements to build solutions in a fast-paced change environment.
  • Proven experience of designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful and engaging training within a fast paced and changing environment.

This role falls inside of IR35 and is hybrid working with the expectation to attend both the Glasgow and Edinburgh office 2 times a week. Please note that for this role you must have or be happy to get a Basic Disclosure Scotland. To apply, please send your CV using the link.
